The most important thing to understand about Vancouver real estate is that it isn't complexed at all.

My name is Jacky Levi

I grew up in Tel Aviv, a city that churns out energetic entrepreneurs. My degree in Economics & business marketing laid the foundation for later success. I’m grateful for all I’ve learned over the past 16 years selling real estate in Vancouver.

Being a REALTOR® starts with a thorough knowledge of the market and being able to create a win-win environment between buyers and sellers. My main focus is listening to my clients’ needs and seeing the client best interests first.

Most Common Questions Clients Usually Ask

Why do I need a REALTOR®? I can search properties myself on MLS

Finding suitable homes to view is only part of the battle. Working with a REALTOR® you benefit from market intelligence and a professional who analyse the data on your behalf. I will help analyze housing market trends and find the right home at the right price – or help you get the most from your sale.

How do I ensure I get an honest advice?

As a licensed real estate agent I held to a higher standard than required by law. REALTORS® in Canada are bound by the REALTOR® Code. This code of ethics is another layer of protection on top of the Real Estate Services Act, which governs real estate licensees in BC. Be sure to ask questions, ask for references, and don't stop unitl you are satisfied and have all the answers. I offer an inital, no obligation meeting to explain the process.

Do you work only with buyers or only with sellers?

A good real estate professional would try to balance the client base to both buyers and sellers. The skill sets required to each are very different yet complement each other. I believe it is important for a realtor to understand and experience all aspects of the business and the sales cycle to provide better service. I work with both, buyers and sellers.

What are the selling fees? Is it negotiable?

The short answer is yes, everything is negotiable. The long answer, before asking about the fees it is important for the client to understand where the fees allocated to. I am happy to have a discussion and explain it further in details - Contact me for more information
