Making sense of Vancouver Real Estate statistics these days is not easy...

Media reports conflicting at times, opinions are being shared by everyone and anyone (not necessarily most qualifying professionals), and lastly, the recent mortgage changes and policies have influenced the market but how. 

I have attached below the most recent sales data released by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. I find the visual presentation along with the list to sale ratios are somewhat easier to understand.
